Registrations will be mailed this year and should show up in your
mailboxes sometime in the 2nd to 3rd week of January.
If your address has changed since last year’s registration, email me
as soon as possible (before December 1st, 2006).
If you do not receive your child’s registration form, please come to
one of the registration locations listed below.
We will again attempt to offer On-Registration but your child will not
be considered registered if we do not receive all the required documentation.

return address for registration documentation is East Park Little League
(EPLL) P.O. Box 38041, Capilano, #44 Capilano Mall, Edmonton, AB
T6A 0A0.
We MUST receive the following documents and forms at the time of
registration. Once in receipt of
the following information your child will be eligible to play baseball with
East Park Little League. We
WILL NOT accept registration forms that do not have the required
documentation. If you
register on-line you need to come to a registration location to drop off the
required documentation. Your
child’s registration will be considered incomplete and will not be place on
a team. I am sorry that we must
insist on this process this year.
We will require the following:
1. Registration Cheque or
Cash
2. Volunteer Cheque - $100.00
3. Uniform Deposit Cheque - $100.00 (Not required for
T-Ball)
4. Three (3) Copies of proof of residency (8-18 yr olds).
Required at the time of registration for the house
league season.
5. One (1) Copy of a Birth Certificate (8-19 yr olds).
If a Birth Certificate number appears on your child’s
the registration form then it means we have a copy on file.
6. Completed Registration Form

changes and include an email address
7. Completed and signed Medical Release Form
