An emphasis is placed on skill development by the coaches and many of the younger players move up in the following year to the more competitive Junior and Senior leagues.

The season is from the end of April to the end of June. Players receive a hat, t-shirt, baseball socks, and team picture. The uniform is returned to the coach at the end of the season. The players on these teams normally are placed on these teams after trying out for the Junior and Senior teams.

Spring Training

Community Park Little League has secured gymnasium space for the benefit of our players.  The sessions will be lead by the coaches of our organization.  Attendance is not mandatory, but children attending these are at an advantage going into the season.

Volunteers

Volunteers – WHERE ARE YOU?

Every minor sports organization relies on volunteers to deliver their programs.  Our organization needs assistance to continue to offer one of the best and affordable baseball programs in the city.  There are a number of Executive and volunteer positions available.  Without people in these positions, there is a possibility that some programs may not be offered and some children may not be playing baseball.  It is a great way to make new friends, meet helpful, terrific people and get involved in the great game of baseball!  Please contact Doug Rezewski at 478-1073 if you would be willing to become involved.
